So we were assigned to this company with our home warrantee. We looked at the reviews with fear and low expectations. They give us a full day window which didn't thrill us. They did call first thing in the morning and we ended up being the first job of the day. My father in law came over to "supervise" since we were a bit worried about the service to expect and he thought the serviceman (Alberto) seemed to really know what he was doing. He fixed the problem in a few hours and checked out the rest of a fairly old unit to make sure the other things were fine. Pleased with the service provided.

I see the 1 star reviews and don't understand if the people who wrote them ever had anyone else service them. It's San Antonio in the summer of course you are going to wait. If you think any company is going to be out there the same day with the right parts your nuts. My advice is do some research yourself on your AC unit so that you know what they are doing and if it's within reason. Repairing your AC is going to be expensive no matter what but all you can ask for is honesty and that's what this company did for me. It took 3 days to fix my AC but as a educated person I was already expecting that. So the 3 days isn't their fault. Call the company after doing your research and understand that its going to be expensive no matter what. If you can ask for Roger!!!! Ralph is good too!

I had a great experience with Chris today. He was professional and courteous. I used this company through my Old Republic Extended Warranty Service. I read the other comments and am really surprised. Overall, the service was really good.
